FSCO decision for unpaid benefits, look and learn what FSCO means and what fsco stands for

FSCO covered up insurance,FSCO is in illegal position by not doing their job to rule , regulate and punish the insurance company, instead, they tried to trick a citizen with an unrelated law.

Here is the letter and my response below

LETTER FROM FSCO

We have now completed our review of your complaint against Unica Insurance Inc. regarding your accident benefits claim, received by our office on June 25, 2015. Based on the information you have provided, we are unable to conclude that Unica Insurance Inc. has contravened the Insurance Act or any of its regulations. It appears that you have served a Notice of Application to Divisional Court for judicial review of the decision by Arbitrator Robinson on May 7, 2015. As per Section 63.01 of the Ontario Civil Practice, “the delivery of a notice of appeal from an interlocutory or final order stays, until the disposition of the appeal, any provision of the order for the payment of money, except a provision that awards support or enforces a support order”. Please contact the Dispute Resolution Services at (416)590-7222 if you have any questions with regards to the appeal process.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Sincerely, Jessie Chu Compliance Officer, Market Risk Assessment”

MY RESPONSE

You have done big mistakes by putting me in a stupid position ,instead of looking at the law related insurance and arbitration you have looked and brought me civil practice, decision has been made by the arbitrator and in arbitration ,no matter what I do ,law clearly states there and you are ignoring and covering insurance. if the first decision came  from court instead of arbitration at FSCO ,I could say you may be right but ,the decision came from arbitration and FSCO so ,FSCO and insurance related law binding this decision or anything related with the decision ,not the civil practice.
Good try covering up ,that is what I was expecting from FSCO,just this answer is enough for me to shows and poofs what FSCO and what do they do,who does FSCO work for and who is FSCO.
Note:This letter will be published on my web page and it may be in worldwide weekly magazine, previous FSCO related article has been published there and it may publish in any other country.
