One question ;my complaints against Tripta Sood is this;Tripta Sood is acting illegally or not?
Justice Lemon says yes she does, you and David Cass say no she doesn’t.
Now Justice lemon doesn’t know the law and he doesn’t know better then you or David Cass that Tripta Sood action is illegal or not.
Since you are agree the decision with David Cass ,you are saying Justice lemon can eat shit ,I do know and David Cass knows better then Justice lemon and Justice Lemon opinion or decision in this matter doesn’t mean anythink because you and David Cass know better then Justice lemon.
That is what I understand from your e-mail.
Second my phone could be turned off when you called so there are many other ways to reach me by sending simple letter or try to call next day.
Well this is your job and that is what you are getting paid for ,stay the David Cass away from my complaints, yes he does placed there by certain people try to protect lawyers who ever works for this certain organization or insurance Mafia ,what ever you want to name this organization.

Dear Mr. Ozdemir:
Re: Case No: 2015-173781
And Re: Your complaint against David Cass
Your email dated November 3, 2015 sent to the Law Society Referral Service has been referred to me as David Cass reports to me. You had left me a voice-mail message on September 25, 2015 indicating that you did not want Mr. Cass in charge of your complaint. When I tried to return your call, I heard a recorded message that the mailbox had not been initialized, so I was unable to leave you a voice-mail message.
You advise that you do not want Mr. Cass to handle your complaint against Tripta Sood. You advise that Mr. Cass is a “well known guys (sic) who has been placed inside the LSUC to close files and protect lawyers”. You advise that Mr. Cass has closed the file and is protecting Ms Sood. You further advise that Justice Lemon of the Superior Court of Justice in Brampton said that Ms Sood is in an illegal position because of her action. You advise that you have mailed the decision of Justice Lemon to the Law Society.
I have carefully reviewed the above-noted file. I note that Mr. Cass sent you a letter dated September 22, 2015 in which he requested that you provide him with certain documents and other information. He also sent you a Closing Letter dated October 28, 2015 which explains his reasons for closing the file. I am satisfied that Mr. Cass has conducted himself competently and appropriately. I am satisfied that Mr. Cass has followed the standard processes and business practices of the Intake Department. Therefore, I have directed him to continue reviewing any further information you provide relating to this file, including the decision of Justice Lemon.
If you disagree with Mr. Cass’ decision to close the file, you can request a review of that decision. To do this, you need to write to Mr. Cass and advise that you disagree with the decision to close the file. Mr. Cass will provide you with a Reasons for Request Form that you must complete in order to initiate the review process.
